JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
User Focus
•	Gathers, evaluates and has a solid understanding of customer use cases and pain points through frequent contact.
•	Advocates for customers’ needs with the cross functional team and helps inspire the team to want to know more about users and meet their needs.
•	Uses processes that are good at discovering customer needs and product design options.

Product Design
•	Shows mastery of User-Centered design processes including interaction design skills and attention to detail.
•	Defines structure and layout of the product, and the overall user experience based on strategic research.

Data Driven Analysis & Testing
•	Summarizes data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work.
•	Identifies gaps where data is needed and works with business to fill them.
•	Ensures work is tested with users collaborating with other functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
•	5+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction Designer in a product, web, mobile, agency, or large
enterprise company
•	Demonstrated ability to strategically solve complex design problems.
•	Expertise in user-centered design process and techniques.
•	Proven experience estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set
stakeholder expectations
•	Strong presentation and communication skills.
