Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
・Create socially-engaging content and manage brand presence in social media channels on various platforms to drive added value to the consumer experience on both popular domestic and international platforms
・Support Marketing Manager to collaborate with Planning & Brand leads, and partners to create original branded content for communities
・Develop and maintain weekly Content Calendars for each social community, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Youku, and others where appropriate
・Publish relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
・Define key performance indicators and implement measurement and reporting methods to track key metrics related to social, email marketing and overall business goals
・Leverage social listening tools to monitor dialog and feedback in social media, analyze and make actionable recommendations.

Personal Specifications/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
・Develop and manage 6+ social media accounts (both domestic & global) on a daily basis. Conduct 3+ posts/day,interact with users, monitor feedbacks, etc.

・3+ years of hands-on social media executing and management experience, preferably in B2C E-Commerce apparel or footwear company
・University degree holder or equivalent. Oversea experience is a big plus
・Verbal and written fluency in English is a MUST
・Tech savvy and willing to keep up with new internet trends & technology
・Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and related applications, social media tracking tools, and email marketing platforms
