C.Major function description:
1.Bidding system, freelancers forbidden to see each others’ bid.
2.Mail notification at user registration, user information stored in database. 
3.User login system
4.Credit card payment, or Paypal, or similar safepay escrow function 


D.Priority:
No specific programming language is required in this project, but requires solid knowledge in function implementation. Since this website is intended to attract a large public, function efficiency and database management is a higher priority. On the other hand, security of login system and user management is required.

Show me a site which you create that have similar functions; What kind of security technique will be applied to login system; in database management or function implementation, what is your experience increasing the website update speed.
