1.web page should be multilanguage set, right now in English, late add Spanish.
We provide Logo. 
2.need a complete design which is clearly structured, easy to use, with some flash in it, (flash intro), videos embedded, photo catalogue with animated flash effects, much more visual 
3.online shop where we can sell our learning materials etc. paypal payment method.
4. Some sections shall only be accessible after login 
5  we do need a CMS: priorities for publishing our newsreleases, learning materials and new products on our website and uploading / editing etc. 
6.we also need to embedding some applications and flash. for further instructures I will send a detailed mail.
7. mac friendly environment. should be compatible with safari, firefox and IE. also for the later CMS.
